第二轮修志应当注重体现时代特色,但目前出版的二轮志书在体现时代特色方面存在些许不足。把握时代特色需重点关注商业、服务业、文化、教育、民俗风情五个领域,并从三个角度充分体现时代特色:1.新思维、新视野是分析和把握时代特色的前提;2.丰富详实的资料是体现时代特色的基础;3.加强记述深度是体现时代特色的关键。

The second-round compilation should focus on revealing the features of the times though there are still some insufficiencies in this respect. Special attention should be paid to the fields such business, service, culture, education and custom in order to master the features of the times. It is also necessary to consider the following three aspects so as to fully reflect the features: 1. New thinking and new angle are the premises to analyze and master the features of the times. 2. Abundant and accurate materials are the foundation for reflecting the features of the times. 3. To strengthen the profundity of compilation is the key for revealing the features of the times.
