日本对虾内陆养殖的实验室模拟研究

Laboratory Analogy on Inland Breeding of Penaeus japonicus

我们将日本对虾进行实验室桶养作模拟内陆养殖试验，发现日本对虾可以顺利地养殖到体长5～7厘米，然后短期内存活率急剧降低，这一现象与我们海边虾塘养殖所得到的结果极为一致，我们称之为“5～7”现象。

As an analogy of inland breeding, we raised Penaeus japonicus with barrels in our laboratory. In this experiment we found that the prawns could grow well to 5~7cm, then the survial rate curve dropped down sharply in a short period of time. The phenomenon was in accord with our breeding experiment of seaside in shrimpond. We named it as '5~7phenomenon'.
