农村土地制度改革不仅关系到农业农村的现代化建设,也关系到社会经济的协调发展。过去50多年台湾先后进行过三次农地改革,它对台湾工业化过程中的现代农业建设和城乡经济协调发展起了重要的推动作用,有些做法,对目前祖国大陆推行的农村土地流转具有一定的启迪。

The reform of rural land system matters a lot not only to the modernization of the agriculture and rural area,but to the coordinate development of social economy. During the past 50 years, Taiwan has undertaken three reforms in rural land system, which made great push to the development of modern agriculture and the coordination of urban economy and rural economy in the process of Taiwan＇s industrialization. Some measures in the reforms have certain enlightemnent to the rural land circulation which is promoted in mainland currently.
