享受信息技术带来方便的同时,信息系统事故引起的业务中断问题,使上网企业、机构和用户蒙受了巨大的经济损失。针对重要的业务系统、网络系统的重大故障,都要有应急预案,对应急预案的编制和演练阶段也要重视。提出了7点维护内容的建议供大家参考。

While enjoying the convenience of information technology, business disruptions resulted from information system accident make the on-line enterprises, institutions and users suffer huge economic losses. For the major failures of critical business systems and network systems, there should be a emergency response plan, and its planning and training phase must be stressed. The author gives seven proposals on maintenance content for reference.
