Study on the Stagnation Mechanism of the Farmer Specialty Cooperative Organization

我国农民专业合作组织发展速度慢、生命周期短的根本原因是缺乏一种自我持续成长的协同动力。农民专业合作组织的协同动力是内生动力、内生阻力、外在动力与外在阻力综合作用的结果,遵循形成、增长、维持、衰退的变化规律,因此,在组织衰退之前,需要及时增加动力,降低阻力,促使组织向更高结构层次演化。

The development of the farmer specialty cooperative organization is slow, and its life cycle is short too. The reason for this is that it lacks a self-sustainable collaboration. Collaborative power of the farmer specialty cooperative organization is a combination of endogenous dynamic, endogenous resistance, external power and external resistance, and it follows the regularity for change of the formation,growth, maintenance and recession. Therefore the cooperative organization needs to strengthen the driving force in time and reduce resistance in order to become a higher level structure before organizations＇ stagnation.
