摘要
从高校学报的办刊宗旨出发,分析了高校学报出现困境的原因,认为高校学报要生存发展,还必须从高校学报的特殊性和功能出发,创新办刊理念,科学准确定位,在办刊模式,管理模式,编辑出版模式上大胆创新,锐意改革。
Starting from the purpose of university journals, this paper analyzes the reasons for their difficulties, holding that to survive and develop, it is essential to innovate the orientation of university journals,and that reforms should he carried out in such aspects as journal style,management mode,editing mode, and publishing mode.
