针对国内水电建设项目施工阶段造价控制普遍存在的现象,通过对影响建设项目施工阶段造价控制的原因分析,提出了施工阶段造价控制应采取的措施,以期为建设项目施工阶段造价控制提供一些指导和经验。

Aiming at common phenomena in domestic water power engineering construction stage cost control,through analyzing of the reasons of influencing building engineering construction stage cost control,the cost control measures should be adopted in construction stage were proposed,so as to provide guidance and experience for building engineering construction stage cost control.
