It tells the importance of having research on feasibility before engineering quotation,summarizes the investigation on external environment and policy analysis on internal environment before the engineering quotation,and concludes the main principles for decision-making of quotation,so as to guide the work of engineering quotation and increase the successful rate of the projects.
