A resource-economical and environment-friendly society is united with the progress of society.A resource-economical and environment-friendly society is an important character and a pursued target and also an the ensured mechanism when it is considered from the aspect of the progress of society.The construction of a resource-economical and environment-friendly society has the same principle with the progress of society.
