新生儿缺氧性脑病38例综合治疗体会

38 cases of hypoxic encephalopathy Comprehensive Treatment

目的：探讨新生儿缺氧性脑病的临床治疗分析。方法：对我院儿科收治的38例被确诊该病患儿进行综合治疗。结果：本组显效21例（占55．2％），有效12例（占31．6％），无效5例（占13．2％）。总有效率86．8％，疗效满意。结论：正确及时处理新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病可以降低围生期死亡， 预防和减少后遗症。

Objective： To investigate the hypoxic encephalopathy in clinical analysis. Methods： The hospital treated 38 pediatric cases were diagnosed in children with a comprehensive treatment of the disease. Results： The markedly effective in 21 cases （55.2%）, effective in 12 eases （31.6% ）, ineffective in 5 cases （ 13.2% ）. The total effective rate 86.8%, results were satisfactory. Conclusion ： The correct and timely treatment of neonatal hypoxic - ischemic eneephalopathy can reduce pefinatal mortality, prevent and reduce complications.
