摘要
本文针对目前的看病难问题,以上海市某医院作为研究时象,从医院管理的角度,首先分析了医院内部管理对缓解看病难的重要意义,然后介绍了医院进行内部流程重组整合医疗资源,提高工作效率,通过建立就诊网络,为患者提供了就诊前、就诊中、就诊后的连续性服务,满足不同层次患者的需求,解决老百姓的看病难的相关探索。
In this paper, the issue of difficulty of current medical treatment is discussed, with a hospital in Shanghai as the object of study. From the perspective of hospital management, the author firstly analyzes the importance of internal management of hospital to cease difficulty of medical treatment, then introduces related exploration of the hospital to conduct an internal process re - integration of health care resources, improve work efficiency, provide a treatment for patients prior to treatment in the continuity of post -treatment services to meet the needs of patients at different levels to solve people's medical care difficulty, through establishing treatment networks.
