摘要
目的：观察高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效方法。方法：将96例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分为治疗组46例和对照组50例。对照组只给予综合治疗，治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗，然后观察临床效果。结果：治疗组总有效率88％，显著高于对照组的68％（P〈0．05）。结论：高压氧对治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal hypoxicischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods Ninety_six cases of HIE were randomly divided into treatment group Forty_six and control group Fifty , the control group just give comprehensive treatment, the treatment group in comprehensive therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,then observe the changes of clinical symptoms. Results The treatment gronp total efficient rate （88 % ）was higher than that in control grenp （68 % ）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neonatal hypoxicischemie encephalopathy has remarkable curative effect.
