复方丹参滴丸联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃溃疡疗效观察

The curative effect of rabeprazole combined with compound danshen drop pills for 160 cases of innocent gastrelcosis

目的：探讨雷贝拉唑联合复方丹参滴丸治疗良性胃溃疡临床效果。方法：120例良性胃溃疡患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用雷贝拉唑联合复方丹参滴九治疗；对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗。结果：治疗组和时熙组溃疡愈合总有效率分别为96．67％和85．00％，半年后复发率分别为5．00％和15．00％。结论：雷贝拉唑联合复方丹参滴丸能快速促进良性胃溃疡的愈合，加速Hp转阴，并能减少其复发。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of rabeprazole combined with compound danshen drop pills for innocent gastrelcosis. Methods 120 cases of innocent gastrelcosis were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. Rabeprazole combined with compound danshen drop pills were used in the treatment group while rabeprazole was used in the control group. Results The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 96. 67% and 85.00%. The recurrence rates were 5.00% and 15.00%. Conclusion Rabeprasole combined with compound danshen drop pills can quickly promote the healing of innocent gastrelcosis, speed up Hp negative and reduce its recurrence.
