基于加入放射法治疗颅内动脉瘤的研究

摘要 目的:对基于加入放射法治疗颅内动脉瘤进行研究。方法:收集我院2005年1月至2009年10月间送检病理的68例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料。68例颅内动脉瘤患者分为2组,单纯手术治疗法和加入放射法组。结果:本组病例就诊后24h内即明确诊断者60例(88.23%),就诊后2.4d内明确诊断者8例(11.77%)。单纯手术治疗法组痊愈20例(58。82%),显著进步4例(11.76%),进步3例(8.82%),无效7例(20.59%),有效率79.41%,显效率70.89%。加入放射法纽痊愈25例(73.53%),显著进步5例(14.71%),进步3例(8.82%),无效1例(2.94%),有效率97.06%,显效率88.24%。结论:加入放射法治疗颅内动脉瘤效果明显,有效率和显效率都大大优于单纯手书治疗法。
