摘要
目的：探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效和护理措施。方法：将我院80例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照纽采用常规综合治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，并实施相应的护理措施，比较治疗后两组患儿咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音改善情况、住院天数及不良反应发生情况。结果：经过治疗，治疗组总有效率为95．0％，显著高于对照组的75．0％，治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音改善情况、住院天数明显少于对照组，以上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均为发生明显的不良反应。结论：采用布地奈德雾化吸八治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效确切、方便易行、吸入时间短，患者及家长容易接受、副作用小，值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Discuss Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment children with bronchialitis efficacy and nursing . Methods 80 cases of bronchiolitis children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, control group children were used conventional integrated treatment, treatment group children on the basis of the control group were added budesonide inhalation therapy, and implement appropriate nursing interventions, comparing two groups children cough, asthmatic, pulmonary tales to improve the situation, hospitalization days and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment. Results after treatment, treatment group the total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly higher than control group＇s 75.0%, Treatment group children cough, asthmatic, pulmonary rales improve the situation, the number of hospital days was less than the control group＇s, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion use budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment bronchiolitis children effect curative, facilitate easy, inhaled short time, acceptable to patients and their parents, worthy of clinical application.
