摘要
目的：分析育龄妇女IUD失败的影响因素，为提高IUD使用效果提供科学依据。方法：对2005年10月～2007年12月206例自愿放置IUD的育龄妇女进行横断面及前瞻随访研究。结果：通过多因素Logistic回归分析发现，进入回归方程的四个因素是年龄、产次、痛经和术中腹痛。结论：育龄妇女IUD失败的发生与年龄、产次、痛经和术中腹痛关系密切，应根据具体情况提供个性化IUD放置服务。
Objectlve： Logistic regression analysis of pathogenic factors for I139 failure was performed to provide a scientific basis for promoting result of IUD use. Methods ： An epidemiological study with a cross -sectional, retrospective and prospective design was conducted to investigate 206 IUD users in Hongta family planning service station between October 2005 and December 2007. Results ： There were significant difference in age, Production times , dysmenorbeal and abdominal plain during survey between two groups. Conclusion： Factors,including age, Production times ,dysmenordieal and abdominal plain during survey play an important role in the IUD failure.
