Inner-party democracy is the important guarantee of enhancing the vitality of the party and consolidating the unity of the party.This paper summarizes the major development of the inner-party democracy in theory and practice since the 16th CPC National Congress,and sort out the valuable experience which would promote inner-party democracy in the further development of the new era.
