Rh阴性无偿献血者表型分布调查及意义

目的：通过对Rh阴性无偿献血者表型进行统计分析,了解其分布规律,以更好的协助临床输血. 方法：分别用抗D、抗E、抗e、抗C、抗c试剂与待检标本进行凝集反应,来判定结果. 结果：ccdee及Ccdee在人群中分布比例最大,其次为CCdee、ccdEe及ccd EE,其他表型CcdEe及CcdEE少见. 结论：制定合理的输血策略,保障输血安全.

Objective For better assistance clinical blood transfusion and find out its distribution discipline,we made a census of phenotype of Rh negative voluntary blood donators. Mothods The reagent anti-D, anti-E, anti-e, anti-C, anti-c agglutinate the specimen respectively. Results In the multitude the maxima distribution ratio is Cedee and cedee,next is Ccdee,ccdEe and cedEE, other phenotype CedEe ,CedEE is rare. Conclusion Based on the phenotype of the Rh negative voluntary blood donators, we should eonstitude the reasonable blood transfusion strategy to ensure blood transfusion safety.
