呼吸内科专科医师培养标准细则实施中的问题及修改建议

The problems appeared in the carrying out process of regulations of specialist training standard of respiratory medicine and the revisory suggestions

目的：探讨卫生部＂专科医师培养标准细则-呼吸内科细则＂（简称＂呼吸内科细则＂）实施2年中所存在的问题,推进＂呼吸内科细则＂的实施.方法：召集43家已通过卫生部认证的呼吸专科医师培训基地主任召开座谈会,对＂呼吸内科细则＂在实施过程中遇到的问题进行讨论,并提出解决方案及修改建议.结果：＂呼吸内科细则＂未被严格执行,主要原因为培训与沟通不足.结论：＂呼吸内科细则＂总体可行,个别部分在修订时应考虑进一步完善.

Objective： To discuss the problems appeared in the carrying out process of ＂regulations of specialist training standard--regulations of respiratory medicine ＂（ called for short as ＂regulations of respiratory medicine ＂） published by Ministry of Public Health for two years and impel the practice of ＂regulations of respiratory medicine ＂; Methods： To summon symposium of the heads of 43 specialist training bases of respiratory medicine certified by Ministry of Public Health to discuss the problems appeared in the carrying out proeess of ＂regulations of respiratory medicine＂ and raise Rx and modificatory suggestion; Results： The＂regulations of respiratory medicine＂ wasn＇t carried out strictly and the main cause was insufficiency of training and communication; Conclusion： Overall, the ＂regulations of respiratory medicine＂ was feasible and some parts should be consummated in the process of revision.
