DCR3与肝癌的研究进展

摘要 肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC) 是由多因素、多阶段、多步骤病变所致的恶性肿瘤.可能在细胞分裂和增殖过程中信号传导功能异常导致基因调控失常,以致细胞失控性增殖导致癌变.诱骗受体蛋白(decoy receptor3,DCR3)抗凋亡和细胞调节的生物学特性使得宿主免疫功能下调,免疫调节紊乱,有助于肝肿瘤细胞逃避集体免疫系统的监视和清楚,促进了原发性肝癌的发生和发展. Hepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC) is a kind of malignant tumors which caused by multi--factor, multi-stage and multi-step lesion. The signal transduction dysfunction in the process of cell division and proliferation may result in the abnormal gene regulation so that the cell proliferates out of control, which leads to canceration. The anti--apoptosis and cell-- modulation bionomics of DCR3 induces down--regulated immune function and disordered immuno--regulation, which contributes to the liver tumor cells evade the surveillance and clearance of the collective immune system and promotes the occurrence and development of HCC.
