摘要
目的：探讨解剖型钢板治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床效果.方法：对32例胫骨中下段骨折患者进行解剖型钢板治疗.结果：本组32例术后X线片示骨折获解剖或近解剖复位,无严重并发症;随访结果好,参照Merchantl评分标准,优20例,良10例,可2例,优良率93.8%.结论：解剖型钢板治疗胫骨下段骨折设计合理,操作简便,效果良好,是胫骨下段骨折内固定的较好选择.
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of anatomical plate in treatment of tibia fracture. Methods： 32 patients with tibial fracture treatment in patients with anatomical plate. Results： 32 cases of fracture by X--ray showed anatomical or nearly anatomical reduction, no serious complications; the follow--up results was good, According the light Merchantl score, the good rate was93.8% . Conclusion： The anatomical plate in treatment of tibial fractures reasonable design, simple operation, good effect, it is the tibial shaft fracture fixation better choice.
