氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的比较 被引量:13

摘要 目的:对氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾治疗小儿哮喘治疗方法的进行比较、探讨和研究.方法: 收集本院54例哮喘发作的儿童患者,并且进行随机分组,每组27例,两组均采用综合性的治疗方法.其中观察组在此基础上给予沙丁氨醇空压雾化吸入.结果: 两组患儿治疗后疗效间差异有显著性(P〈0.05),其中观察组的小儿哮喘呼吸症状体征明显消失时间短于对照组(P〈0.05).结论: 氧驱动雾化和空气压缩泵雾化吸入均是治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的有效方法,但氧驱动雾化吸入治疗效果优于空气压缩泵雾化吸入,并且在整个疗程上可提高哮喘患者.
