摘要
目的: 渗漉法正交试验筛选决明子降血脂最佳提取工艺. 方法: 以浸泡时间、醇浓度、流速、乙醇用量为考察因素,设计三水平,选用L9(34)表进行正交试验;并与回流法、水提法比较. 结果: 浸泡24h、80%乙醇渗漉、流速3ml/min.kg、乙醇用量8倍的提取工艺最佳.渗漉法优于回流法. 结论:本工艺适合于工业化大生产.
Objectve:To select the optimum percolation extracting technology of extracting blood -- lipid lowering constituents in cassia seed. Method:Taking the soak time,ethanol concentration,flow velocity and the volume of ethanol used as the examination factors,design three factors. Lg(34)chart was adopted in orthogonal test. Compared it with reflux method as well. Result:The best extract techmology was :soaked for twenty-- four hours,80% ethanol percolation,flow rate at 3ml/min. kg and eight-- fold amount of ethanol, percolation method was superior to reflux method. Conclusion: It is suitable for largescale industrialized production.
