摘要
目的：观察升阳益胃汤对胃动力的增强作用.方法：对52例功能性消化不良动力障碍型（脾虚痰湿证）患者作治疗观察,并与吗丁啉对照组52例作随机对比.观察两组病人治疗前后临床主要症状积分和胃排空率的测定.结果：治疗组总有效率为88.5%,对照组总有效率为75%,组间有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：治疗功能性消化不良（FD）动力障碍型（脾虚痰湿证）患者有较好疗效,有较明显的增强胃动力作用.
Purpose ： Observe the effects of Sheng Yang Yi Wei Decoction for Enhancing gastric motility. Method： Treated and observed dysmotility- type functional dyspepsia （Spleen deficiency phlegmatic hygrosis） patients in 52 cases. And compared them with Domperidone group randomly. Patients were observed before and after treatment for clinical cardinal symptom and gastric empty. Result： The total effective rate was 88. 5% in the treatment group rather than 75% in the control group. There was significant defference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Sheng Yang Yi Wei Decoction has good efficacy in treatment of dysmotility -- type functional dyspepsia （Spleen deficiency phlegmatic hygrosis syndrome） patients and visible effect in enhancing gastric motility.
