摘要
目的：探讨预防机械通气的并发症的方法.方法：选用美国鸟牌呼吸机（Vela呼吸机）,70例均先经口气管插管建立人工气道,各项参数设置根据病情血气分析结果而定.结果：70例经呼吸机辅助治疗3-20d,17例发生不同程度的肺损伤和肺炎,6例有轻微胃肠道胀气,4例发生肺不张, 41例经治疗恢复正常,2例放弃治疗自动出院.结论：对最大限度发挥机械通气的治疗效果有着重要的作用.
