摘要
贫血是一组综合症.近年来大多数实验室采用形态学分类法,即通过红细胞参数的测定结合骨髓象分析进行贫血诊断.本文通过针对103例病人HB 、RBC、HC＋、MCV 、 MCH 、 MCHC 、 RDW 七项参数结合红细胞直方圈及骨髓粒染色对大细胞、正细胞小细胞性贫血进行分析发现：Hb 、RBC 、 HC＋ 、MCHC, 差别无显著性（P〉0.05）;MCV、 MCH 、 RDW 差别显著（P〈0.05 ）.
