神经内科脑卒中患者猝死的原因分析

目的：分析影响脑卒中猝死的相关因素.方法：回顾分析了本组40例患者,均为脑卒中患者,住院后病情突变,总结本组病例引起猝死主要原因.结果：本组心源性猝死7例,其中冠心病2例,心律失常1例,发病年龄平均61岁,脑出血2例,脑梗死2例.死于肺栓塞4例,本组6例为蛛网膜下腔出血复发死亡.

Objective To analyze the impact of stroke and sudden death related factors; Methods A retrospective analysis of 40 patients in this group, both in patients with stroke in hospital after the illness mutations, summed up the main reasons this group of eases caused by sudden death; Results： Sudden cardiac death in this group 7 eases, including two cases of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia in 1 ease, the average age of onset of 61 years, 2 eases of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction in 2 cases. 4 patients died of pulmonary embolism, this group of 6 patients with subaraehnoid hemorrhage died of relapse.
