摘要
目的:评价基于手机报告方式的传染病报告系统,发现灾后传染病报告系统存在的问题。方法:通过收集各调查机构的门诊登记,分析和评价其报告的准确性、真实性、及时性、完整性和一致性等,评价指标包括:疾病名称一致率、重卡率、及时性、手机报告至网络生成所需时间、报卡所需时间、漏报率、一致率和完整率等。结果:各手机报告点手机报卡时间、审核时间、门诊登记与网络报告疾病名称一致率、漏报章分别为16.47h、3.50h、100%和0%;震前一月网络报告方式的上述指标分别为11.51h、2.10h、100%和12.50%;各指标的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。各被调查机构手机报告期间的报卡时间、审核时间、门诊登记与网络报告疾病名称一致率、传染病报告卡与传染病网络报告卡的一,重率、传染病报告卡与传染病网络报告卡项目一致率、卡片填写完整率、卡片的项目填写完整率,漏报率分别为15.56小时、2.10小时,100%、4t.44%、94.44%、73.33、96,36%和24.32%;而网络报告期间上述各指标分别为16.39h、4.39h、96.67%、58.77%、94.27%、83.08%、98.06%和15.29%;各指标的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。传染病简易报告卡手机录入时间最短1min、最长3min、平均1.57min;收到短信回执时间最短1min、最长2min、平均1.18min。结论:基于手机报告方式的传染病报告系统,在地震后的应急报告阶段,能较为有效地代替网络进行传染病监测信息的报告。
Objective To evaluate the reporting system of infectious diseases based on mobile phones and find the existing problems of the system after earthquake. Methods By means of collecting the clinical registrations from the reporting organizations, analyzing and evaluating the accuracy, authenticity, timeliness, completeness and consisteney of the report. Results Time of reporting the card, examine and verify time, the name concordance rate between clinical registrations and reported diseases in network, the missed out rate were 16.47 hours, 3.50 hours, 100% and 0% respectively. The above indexes were 11.51 hours, 2. 10 hours , 100% and 0% respectively during the period of 1 month before earthquake. There had no statistical significance on the above indexes(P〉0. 05). During the period of reporting cards by mobile phone, time of reporting cards, examine and verify time, the name concordance rate between clinical registrations and reported diseases in network, concordance rate between original and network report cards, concordance rate of items between original and network report cards, completion rate of filling for cards, completion rate of filling for cards items, the missed out rate, were 15.56 hours , 2.10 hours , 100% ,44.44% ,94.44% ,73.33,96.36% and 24.32% respectively. During the period of reporting cards by network, these indexes were 16.39 hours, 4.39 hours, 96.67%, 58.77%, 94.27%, 83.08%, 98.06% and 15.29% respectively. All these indexes were no statistical significance between the above two periods (P〉0.05). The shortest time of the concise cards by phone was 1minute, the longest time was 3 minutes and the average time was 1.57 minutes. The shortest time of responding to the message was 1 minute, the longest time was 2 minutes and the average time was 1.18 minutes . Conclusions: At the stage of reporting emergency information after an earthquake, the reporting system of infectious diseases based on mobile phones can be more effective to take place of the network for reporting monitoring information of infectious diseases.
