摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)患者的护理健康教育模式,提高DM教育质量。方法:采用随机.对照原则的200例DM患者分两组。对照组:进行传统的DM防治知识宣传教育;实验组:按照护理程序对DM患者实施健康教育;两组均定期观察三个月以上,并进行教育效果相关统计分析。结果:实验组经系统的健康教育后,DM知识3次测试的成绩明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);焦虑.抑郁因素有明显改善(P〈0.05);血糖控制水平明显优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:把护理程序应用于DM患者的健康教育中,建立系统的健康教育模式,时提高DM健康教育质量有明显作用。
Objective: To discuss the clinical modte of nursing health education for diabetes mellitus(DM)patients and to improve DM education quality. Method 200 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In control group, traditional DM prevention education was given under the nursing process. Two groups were followed and watched periodically over 3 months and relevant statistics and analysis on the impact of such education were also carried out. Result After systematic health education, the experimental group performed much better in their tests than these in control group( P 〈0.01). Anxiety and depression factors were evidently reduced( P 〈0.05). The level of blood sugar in experimental group was apparently hetter controlled than that of the control group( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The DM education quality will be improved once a systematic health education model is established through the joining of nursing process into heath education for DM patients.
