管理干预对降低妇产科护士工作压力的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Administration Intervention to Reduce Pressure for Obstetric and Gynecological Nurses

目的：探讨进行管理干预对降低妇产科护士工作压力的方法与效果。方法：调查我院妇产科护士工作压力泺程度，采取管理干预措施，比较干预前后护士SCL-90评分变化。结果：我院妇产科护士普遍存在较大工作压力，管理干预前后SCL-90评分比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：管理干预能有效减轻护士工作压力。

Objective： To investigate the effect of administration intervention to reduce pressure for obstetric and gynecological nurses. Methods： Survey of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in our hospital about stress before and after intervention were conducted and the results recorded with SCL- 90 were compared. Results： Pressure was common in obstetrics and gynecology nurse, SCL-90 score before and after the interventions SCL-90 was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The administration intervention can effectively reduce stress.
