摘要 目的:探讨进行管理干预对降低妇产科护士工作压力的方法与效果。方法:调查我院妇产科护士工作压力泺程度,采取管理干预措施,比较干预前后护士SCL-90评分变化。结果:我院妇产科护士普遍存在较大工作压力,管理干预前后SCL-90评分比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:管理干预能有效减轻护士工作压力。 Objective: To investigate the effect of administration intervention to reduce pressure for obstetric and gynecological nurses. Methods: Survey of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in our hospital about stress before and after intervention were conducted and the results recorded with SCL- 90 were compared. Results: Pressure was common in obstetrics and gynecology nurse, SCL-90 score before and after the interventions SCL-90 was significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The administration intervention can effectively reduce stress.
