心房纤颤患者临床病因分析

Analysis of Clinical Cause of Atrial Fibrillation

目的：分析心房纤颤的临床病因。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2009年12月住院部及门诊200例心房纤颤患者，分析其临床病因构成，以从根本上找寻降低心房纤颤发病率的方法。结果：从房颤的病因看依次为：冠心病、高血压痛、瓣膜病、肺潭性心脏病、心肌疾病、甲状腺功能亢进、遗传等。结论：冠心病是0房纤颤的主要病因，但高血压、瓣膜疾病和G力衰竭是不可忽视的病因。

Objective：Analysis of clinical cause of atrial fibrillation. Methods：Retrospective analysis of our hospital in from January 2009 to December 2009 200 cases of inpatient and outpatient atrial fibrillation,the clinical etiology,to find a fundamental way to reduce the incidence of atrial fibrillation. Results：View from the cause of atrial fibrillation were：coronary heart disease, hypertension, valvular disease,pulmonary heart disease,cardiac disease,hyperthyroidism genetics. Conclusion： Coronary heart disease is the leading cause atrial fibrillation, but hypertension, valvular disease and heart failure etiology can not be ignored.
