多重耐药菌感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着抗生素的广泛应用,细菌耐药问题目趋严重,对人类健康造成极大威胁,已成为国内外医药界倍受关注的问题。多重耐药菌的发生和发展是抗菌药物广泛应用,特别是不恰当应用的严重后果。近年来的研究表明:细菌感染是慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作和病情加重的主要原因,其中很大一部分为多重耐药菌感染。本文对多重耐药菌感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的关系进行阐述,希望能为临床提供帮助。 With the extensive use of antibiotics,the problems of bacterial resistance are growing,pose a great threat to human health ,it has become a closely watched at home and abroad medicine sector. The occurrence and development of multi-resistant bacteria because of widely using antibiotics,especially the inappropriate initial antibiotic treatment . According to the results of recent studies, Bacterial Infections represented isolated in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exacerbations,multidrug-resistant bacteria is a large proportion of bacteria. In this paper,we are explain the relations between multi-resistant infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation, hope for providing help in clinical.
