妇科患者经腹手术后反传统时间进食的方法探讨

摘要 目的:探讨妇科患者经腹手术后反传统时间进食的方法。方法:选择2009年3—6月在我科住院的接受腹部手术的患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,实验组术后6h如无恶G、呕吐且神志清醒,则先给饮温开水200ml,无不适后给予医院营养室提供的半流质饮食,排便后改为普通饮食。对照组则根据传统方法。结果:两组患者无一例发生窒息或吸入性肺炎,无一例出现肠梗阻,所有患者切口愈合良好等指标。结论:术后提早进食,并不增加其并发症,反而缩短全面营养摄入时间,改善患者的营养状况,使患者尽早获得各种美味的满足感。促进术后康复。
