透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节炎临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的：评价透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎（OA）的临床疗效。方法：2008年1月至2010年1月共收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者182例226膝，男88例110膝，女94例116膝；年龄42-70岁，平均56．5岁。单膝发病148例，双膝发病39例。将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组112膝，采用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射配合口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗；对照组114膝，采用口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。观察两组膝关节疼痛情况、关节功能及膝关节活动度等作为疗效评价指标。结果：经治疗随访6个月～1．5年时间，患者膝关节疼痛均明显减轻，功能明显改善，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：透明质酸钠关节腔内注射能有效抑制膝关节骨关节炎患者的肿胀疼痛，治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效满意。

Objective：To evaluate of sodium hyaluronate for knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods：From January 2008 to January 2010 were treated in patients with knee osteoarthritis 182 cases,226 kneemale,Male 88 cases,110 knee,Famale 94 cases, 116 knee;aged 42 to 70 years,average 56.5 years old. One knee incidence was 148 eases,Two knees incidence was 39 cases. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group of 112 knees treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate with oral glucosamine capsule;control group of 114 knees treated with oral glucosamine capsules. Observed knee pain, knee joint function and degree as the effects was performed. Results：Follow-up after treatment for 6 months to 1.5 years,were significantly reduced in patients with knee pain,function was improved,the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can inhibit the swelling in patients with knee osteoarthritis pain,treatment of knee osteoartbritis satisfaction.
