乳腺癌保乳治疗的研究进展
摘要
从19世纪的Halsted根治术、20世纪50年代的扩大根治术，再到60年代的改良根治术，乳腺癌的外科治疗在以生物学观点和解剖学概念为指导的理念转变下经历了革命性的演变过程。近20年来，随着对乳腺癌生物学特性、发病机制研究的不断深入及辅助治疗手段的不断进步，保乳手术正逐渐得到国内外学者的广泛认可，并已渐渐取代了改良根治术，
