摘要
目的：观察吞咽功能障碍训练在脑卒中后吞咽困难的疗效。方法：28例因脑卒中致吞咽障碍的患者，进行吞咽功能障碍训练。采用洼田饮水试验，对患者进行治疗前后评定，观察疗效。结果：训练后较训练前吞咽功能改善有显著差异性（P〈0．05）。结论：吞咽功能障碍训练能有效的改善脑卒中后吞咽困难。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of dysphagia training after stroke. Methods： 28 stroke patients with dysphagia were treated by dysphagia training. Using bedside water swallow test, the effect of patients before and after treatment was assessed. Results： the swallowing function was improved after training. There was significantly different （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dysphagia training after stroke can improve dysphagia.
