摘要
目的：观察人参须超微粉提取液对去卵巢大鼠血脂代谢的影响.方法：用卵巢切除的方法建立大鼠骨质疏松的动物摸型,术后给予人参须超微粉提取液低、中剂量90d进行治疗,观察治疗后大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）的变化.结果：人参须超微粉提取液低剂量可有明显降低TG及升高HDL-C作用;人参须超微粉提取液中剂量对TG和HDL-C的作用不明显;两个剂量对总胆固醇无明显改变.结论：人参须超微粉提取液低剂量对去卵巢大鼠的血脂具有调节作用.
Objective：To investigate the effect of the extract of super Ginseng Fibrous Root on plasma lipids in ovariectomized rats. Methods：Sprague-Dawley female rats at age of 3 months were ovariectomised to establish the osteoporosis animal model. Serum total cholesterol（TC）, triglycerides （TG） and high density lipoprpteins（HDL） were measured after 90 days of two diferent dosages of the extract of super Ginseng Fibrous Root treatment. Results： The lower dose could increased the concentration of HDL and decreased the concentration of TG in ovariectomized rats. However,the concentration of TC had no difference between the models and the treatment groups. Conclusions： The lower dose could regulate plasma lipids in ovariectomized rats.
