摘要
目的：探讨食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床护理方法.方法：选取我院自2006年1月～2009年12月食管静脉曲张破裂出血的病人126例进行临床护理,对治疗结果进行统计.结果：126例病例中完全止血124例（98.4%）,止血无效死亡2例（1.6%）,其中经三腔二囊管止血者67例（53.1%）,经胃镜硬化剂治疗者57例（45.9%）,取得较理想的效果.结论：在食管静脉曲张破裂出血的治疗中,恰当的护理方法可以提高止血的效果,提高临床治愈率.
