阑尾炎的超声诊断价值研究

The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of appendicitis

目的：探讨阑尾炎的超声图像特征及超声对阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法：对72例阑尾炎进行超声检查并与手术结果对照.结果：72例中,超声诊断阑尾炎62例,正确率86%（62/72）.第二诊断为阑尾炎6例,超声诊断未见异常而手术结果为阑尾炎4例,误诊率5%（4/72）.结论：超声对临床疑诊的阑尾炎具有明确的诊断及鉴别诊断价值,其敏感性94%,特异性86%,为临床手术提供了很好的依据.

Objective： To explore the characteristics of ultrasonic images of appendicitis and the value of uhrasonography in diagnosing appendicitis. Methods： Uhrasonography was performed in 72 patients with appendicitis, and the results were compared with operation. Results： The ultrasonography correct diagnostic rate was 86% （62/72）, 6 cases the second diagnosis is appendicitis, while the missing rate was 5% （4/72）. Conclusion： Uhrasonograpby is an valuable method in the diagnosis and difference diagnosis of patients of appendicitis the sensitivity 94%, the specificity 86%, which could provide a good basis for clinical surgery.
