医务人员七步洗手法培训效果观察

The observation of train effect on washing hands of seven steps for medical staff

目的：培训医务人员养成良好的洗手习惯,减少医院交叉感染.方法：100例医务人员随即分为实验组和对照组,每组50例.对照组给常规方法洗手,实验组经七步洗手法培训后洗手,然后进行细菌检测.结果：实验组总合格率为94.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组洗手合格率相比具有显著统计学差异（P＜0.05）.结论：为了减少医院交叉感染,提高医护人员洗手意识,进行洗手培训是很有必要的.

Objective： To train the good habits of washing hands, and reduce the hospital--acquired infection. Methods： 100cases of medical staff were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. Control group washed hands according routine methods, and experimental group washed hands after train of washing hands of seven steps. Results： The FPY in Experimental group was 94. 0%, and in control group was 70.0 %, the FPY of experimental groups was significantly better than control group（p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： For reducing hospital--acquired infection and enhancing consciousness of washing hands, it is necessary to train standard washing hands.
