摘要
测定酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量的交流示波极谱滴定法:在0.lmol/LNH4Ac溶液中,用硝酸银滴定氯化钠,过量的硝酸银使重铬酸钾切口消失来指示滴定终点。方法简便、快速、惟确。不需脱色等处理可直接用于酱油、酱料中氯化钠含量测定。
