对氧磷脂酶1基因多态性与脑梗死的相关性研究

Association Study between PON1 Gene Polymorphisms and Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨对氧磷脂酶1(PON1)基因的标签位点(tag SNP)rs854552多态性与脑梗死的相关性。方法:缺血性脑卒中患者按TOAST分型标准分为动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死组393例、腔隙性脑梗死组292例和健康对照组431名。以位于PON1基因的rs854552位点为遗传标记,应用聚合酶链法(PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性法(RFLP)检测PON1基因的多态性。结果:动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死组和腔隙性脑梗死组的PON1基因型及等位基因频率与对照组比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经性别分层后也未见显著差异。结论:PONI基因(tag SNP)rs854552可能与动脉硬化性脑梗死的发病无关。 Aim: To investigate the genetic association between PON1 polymorphism and ischemic stroke. Methods: Patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were divided into atherosclerotic infarction (393 cases ) and lacunar infarction (292 cases). A case-control study was performed including these two subgroups and 431 healthy controls. PON1 rs854552 genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP. Results: No significant difference was found in the genotype of PON1 rs854552 polymorphism between cerebral thrombosis infarction or lacunar infarction and the control group. After divided by sex, there was still no association between the subgroups and the healthy controls. Conclution: PON1 rs854552 unlikely contributes to the etiology of ischemic stroke.
