摘要
目的:探讨内侧分水岭脑梗死(IWI)的神经影像学特征与颈内动脉和大脑中动脉病变的关系。方法:评估28例IWI患者的大脑中动脉和颈内动脉病变,对脑血管病的危险因素及神经影像学特征进行比较。结果:14例患者有大脑中动脉病变,其中部分型内侧分水岭梗死(PIWI)10例,融合型内侧分水岭梗死(CIWI)4例;5例有颈内动脉病变,其中PIWI 3例,CIWI 2例。结论:TWI与颈内动脉以及大脑中动脉病变有关,PIWI主要与大脑中动脉病变有关。
Aim: To study the internal watershed infarction on neuroimaging features and to explore the relationship with the internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery stenosis. Methods: The middle cerebral artery and carotid artery stenosis were assessed in 28 patients with internal watershed infarction(IWI). Cerebrovascular disease risk factors and neuroimaging features were compared. Results: There were 14 patients with middle cerebral artery stenosis, in which partial internal watershed infarction(PIWI) 10 cases, confluent internal watershed infarction (CIWI) 4 cases. 5 cases had carotid artery stenosis, in which PIWI 3 cases, CIWI 2 cases. Conclusion: IWI concerned with carotid artery and the middle cerebral artery stenosis. PIWI mainly concerned with middle cerebral artery stenosis.
