内侧分水岭脑梗死的影像学特点与颈内动脉和大脑中动脉病变的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨内侧分水岭脑梗死(IWI)的神经影像学特征与颈内动脉和大脑中动脉病变的关系。方法:评估28例IWI患者的大脑中动脉和颈内动脉病变,对脑血管病的危险因素及神经影像学特征进行比较。结果:14例患者有大脑中动脉病变,其中部分型内侧分水岭梗死(PIWI)10例,融合型内侧分水岭梗死(CIWI)4例;5例有颈内动脉病变,其中PIWI 3例,CIWI 2例。结论:TWI与颈内动脉以及大脑中动脉病变有关,PIWI主要与大脑中动脉病变有关。 Aim: To study the internal watershed infarction on neuroimaging features and to explore the relationship with the internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery stenosis. Methods: The middle cerebral artery and carotid artery stenosis were assessed in 28 patients with internal watershed infarction(IWI). Cerebrovascular disease risk factors and neuroimaging features were compared. Results: There were 14 patients with middle cerebral artery stenosis, in which partial internal watershed infarction(PIWI) 10 cases, confluent internal watershed infarction (CIWI) 4 cases. 5 cases had carotid artery stenosis, in which PIWI 3 cases, CIWI 2 cases. Conclusion: IWI concerned with carotid artery and the middle cerebral artery stenosis. PIWI mainly concerned with middle cerebral artery stenosis.
