强酸性电解质水对粪肠球菌生物膜杀菌作用的体外研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察强酸性电解质水对粪肠球菌生物膜的体外杀菌作用。方法:将体外培养24h的粪肠球菌生物膜随机分为3组,分别用强酸性电解质水、20mL/L氯已定以及去离子水处理,于处理后5、10、15min3个时间点进行荧光染色,激光共聚焦显微镜下观察各组生物膜中活菌、死菌的变化。结果:强酸性电解质水处理5min时生物膜中便大部分为死菌,处理10、15min后,几乎完全由死菌构成,各时间点的死菌比例均明显高于20mL/L氯已定组、空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强酸性电解质水处理后能有效杀灭生物膜中绝大部分粪肠球菌,杀菌作用优于20mL/L氯已定。 AIM:To observe the antimicrobial efficacy of strong acid electrolytic water(SAEW) on Enterococcus faecalis biofilm in vitro.METHODS:The Enterococcus faecalis biofilms which was cultured for 24h in vitro were randomly divided into 3 groups which were treated by SAEW,20 mL/L chlorohexidine and deionized water respectively.Five min,10 min and 15 min after treatment,the biofilms were stained with immunofluorescence and were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscope to detect the changes of live and dead bacteria in the biofilms.RESULTS:Five min after treatment by SAEW,most bacteria in the biofilm was dead.The dead bacterial cells at 10 min and 15 min after SAEW treatment further increased.The proportion of dead bacteria at all time points in SAEW group was significantly higher than that in 20 mL/L chlorohexidine group and the blank control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:SAEW can eliminate Enterococcus faecalis in the biofilm effectively,and the antimicrobial efficacy of SAEW is stronger than that of chlorohexidine.
