摘要
目的:通过POSS树脂水门汀与另外两种常用的树脂水门汀对纤维桩黏结强度的比较,评估POSS树脂水门汀的固位力。方法:将根管预备到40#的30个前磨牙磨除釉质、暴露牙本质后随机分为3组,将直径为1.45mm规格一致的纤维桩,分别用3种树脂水门汀Clearfil DC core Auto mix、Panavia F system、POSS(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane)黏固于根管内,将黏结好纤维桩的牙垂直于牙体长轴切割成厚约1mm的牙片试件,用推出黏结强度测定法,在万能力学试验机上测定黏结强度。结果:Clearfil DC core Auto mix与纤维桩的黏结强度高于POSS树脂和Panavia F system(P<0.05);POSS树脂和Panavia F system对纤维桩的黏结强度没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Clearfil DC core Auto mix对纤维桩的黏固性能优于POSS树脂和Panavia F system;POSS树脂和Panavia F system对纤维桩的固位力相近。
AIM: To estimate the retention ability of POSS resin with fiber post by comparing the bonding strength of POSS resin to fiber post with another two resins, namely, Clearfil DC core Auto mix and Panavia F system. METHODS : After root canal enlargement to 40# with files, the dentin of 30 premolars was exposed by grinding off the enamel. The premolars were randomly divided into 3 groups. A 1.45mm diameter fiber post was placed into the root canal and was bonded to the dentin by Cleatfil DC core Auto mix, Panavia F system and POSS resin, respectively. The roots were subsequently cut to 1-mm-thick sections perpendicular to the long-axis of the roots with a fast speed polish machine. The bonding strength was evaluated by a machine. RESULTS : The bonding strength of Clearfil DC core Au- to mix resin is significantly higher than that of POSS resin and Panavia F system ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was observed between the bonding strength of POSS resin and Panavia F system (P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : Clearfil DC core Auto mix is better than POSS resin and Panavia F system in adhesion. The bonding strength of POSS resin and Panavia F system is similar.
