经肛门内镜显微手术在直肠肿瘤治疗中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 相对直肠肿瘤的根治性切除术而言．直肠肿瘤局部切除因同时兼有手术创伤小、风险低、康复快、能保肛且术后无性功能和泌尿功能障碍等多项优点而受到患者和医生的欢迎。然而，由于直肠特殊的解剖位置，某些部位的直肠肿瘤采用局部切除术在技术上有一定的困难和风险。
