完全腹腔镜手术治疗功能性便秘并单纯性肥胖症 被引量：1

摘要 随着饮食改变及减肥药物的滥用，肥胖合并便秘的患者近年日渐增多。2009年7月我们对1例功能性便秘并单纯性肥胖症患者实施腹腔镜全结肠切除并袖状胃减容手术，同时解决便秘和肥胖问题，效果良好，现报告如下。
