环氧合酶-2、细胞周期调节蛋白在评价食管鳞癌患者预后中的意义 被引量：2

摘要 食管鳞癌（ESCC）的预后在胃肠道肿瘤中最差，临床病理因素是其通用的预后评价指标，但对术后复发的风险判断仍不尽人意，因此，需要一项能反映ESCC预后的指标。研究显示，生物分子在评价ESCC的预后中已显示其较临床病理因素独特的优势，环氧合酶-2（cyclooxygenase-2，COX-2）不但在ESCC中高表达，且与其预后密切相关。Ki-67抗原及细胞周期素A（cyclinA）均可加快细胞增殖的进程；p27为细胞增殖的负性调控因子。本研究旨在探讨上述生物分子在ESCC中的预后及意义。
