Effects of Different Pelleted Tobacco Seeds on Seedling Quality

第二代包衣种较第一代包衣种抗压强度提高１．５倍，裂解速度提高３倍；与第一代包衣种和裸种（对照）相比，出苗率分别提高２３．６％、２８．５％；出苗整齐度提高５０．７％和５３．０％；七叶一心时烟苗茎粗分别增加７．８％、３．８％，侧根数分别增加１４．９％、９．１％；单株地上部干重分别提高１１．６％、２９．７％，地下部干重分别提高３７．８％、３４．８％。

The new pelleted seed had 1.5 times more compressive strength and three times faster on splitting speed than general used pelleted seed.Compared the new pelleted seed with the general used pelleted seed and the normal seed(CK),the percentage of the germination enhanced 23.6% and 28.5% ,the uniformity of the seedling improved 50.7% and 53.0% .At seven leaves stage the stem girth increased 7.8% and 3.8% ,and the number of the side root increased 14.9% and 9.1% ,the dry weight of the shoot increased 11.6% and 29.7% ,and the dry weight of the root increased 37.85 and 34.8%,respectively.
