摘要 概括阐述了原粮和产品的质量。碾米工艺和主要设备中的分级加工,谷糙分离,胶砻传动,糙米调质,白米调质和提高整米出率。小麦制粉工艺和主要设备的水分热调节,缩短心磨系统;小麦碾皮制粉中的碾除糊粉层,动态润麦,碾皮制粉粉路;气力吸风机采用频控电动机。大米和小麦粉的配制。快速检测仪器和在线检测仪器。设备操作自动化和工艺操作自动化。 The following points were summarized: quality of raw cereals and finished products; rice milling technology and main equipment related to classification, paddy separation, rubber roll husker driving, brown rice conditioning, white rice conditioning and white rice yield increasing; wheat flour milling technology and main equipment related to conditioning, reduction system shortening; wheat debranning and milling related to aleuron layer removing,dynamic tempering and mill flow; frequency-controlling motor for driving fans of suction pneumatic conveying; rice blending and wheat flour blending; quick-action detector and on-line detector; automatical operation for equipment and technology.
